Birmingham Weekender 2021
There’s always something going on in Birmingham! Last weekend it was Birmingham Weekender, a cultural festival in Birmingham city center full of dance, music and other incredible performances to watch. This was just a perfect opportunity for trying new photography gear – action and dance photography is my favorite challenge when it comes to photography!
During this weekend I had my hands on a range of Fujifilm lenses hired from Wex Photo Video and borrowed from my photographer buddy (Marcin Kubon Photography) to go along with my workhorse XT-4. It felt like Christmas juggling between 14mm F2.8; 23mm F2; 35mm F2; and 56mm F1.2!

As always, I’m wishing there was more events similar to this, or that I was able to be in multiple places at the same time to capture more images! Anyways, I’m looking forward to next year’s Weekender!
